Collection: Flux Puck System
The Puck system is our own patent-pending design for creating a versatile, yet simple approach to high precision workholding.
At the core of the system is the foundation, the Puck. Utilizing its hirth coupling, it achieves a high load capacity, self-centering, and easy indexing to achieve 1 micron of repeatability. On top of this foundation, you can mount a wide variety of building blocks ranging from single and dual station soft jaws, pallets, and even rotary axis for achieving 5 sided machining.
The Puck vises offer unique, self encapsulated design. The vises are a single block of aluminum, machined for selective compliance, where they are flexible to provide clamping, yet rigid everywhere else.
